The Happiness Challenge Returns!

The keys to happiness aren't always the ones you'd expect. I am excited to be preparing for our second official Q Sciences Happiness Challenge. It's coming, and it's coming fast. So get ready to knock out feelings of guilt, fear, sadness, or anger. The team is getting ready to help you do that with different techniques. I can't wait!

Calm Those Racing Thoughts

I received an email from an IBO and thought it was great to share for two reasons.

First, what a great personal story about EMPowerplus Q96 helping Stuart's mind to calm itself so he could sleep. And second, the great leadership and upline support demonstrated by Abe in his first email reaching out to Stuart.

I am so happy to be a part of a company where things work better. together, in a synergistic rhythm. From products that complement one and another, to field leadership that give each other positive energy, to a corporate team working together to get things done .. all these things coming together for a great reason.

Hi Abe,

Thanks for the note. This Q96 is good for me. It quiets the racing thought. This morning I awoke about 3:30 AM and my mind was just a whirl. I had taken a sleep aid just before going to bed. That usually enables me to get back to sleep. Not this time, so a half hour later I got up and took a Q96 pill and in about 15 minute or less the racing thoughts had stopped and I was able to sleep. I sure appreciate it.
