One of the most effective Products - Q 96

The Q96 formulation is a micronutrient formula co-developedc by Anthony F. Stephan. It is designed to promote mental well-being in those suffering from various mood disorders, by providing a broad-based balanced supply of micronutrients needed for healthy brain function and development.
As a result of serious bipolar disorder, Anthony Stephan’s wife, Debbie, committed suicide in 1994. Two of their children, Autumn and Joseph, were diagnosed with the same illness. Anthony, in desperation, sought help from every possible source and, after two years of diligent prayer, made a break-through discovery. Using the micronutrient formulation, Autumn and Joseph have been well without medication since 1996. Now, Q96 is available to benefit millions of people in over one hundred and five countries.
The Q96 formulation has been examined in a variety of human conditions, such as bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD and autism. The formulation holds the distinction of being the most researched micronutrient formula of its kind in the world.
Twenty published studies demonstrating effectiveness, have led to several on-going double-blind placebo controlled clinical trials. In all, thirty-nine researchers and fourteen universities from four countries have participated in the research studies. All research is conducted and funded independently. These studies were completed under multiple labels all of which are the Q96 formulation.
In addition, a laboratory study conducted through the Canadian Centre for Behavioural Neuroscience demonstrated that rats, fed the formulation mixture, showed accelerated microscopic and functional recovery following experimentally- induced brain lesions. These findings demonstrate the value of broad-based micronutrients in enhancing neuronal recovery following brain injury.
The unique formulation of Q96, based on specialized technological advances in micronutrient delivery allows the body to rapidly absorb and utilize these essential nutrients for optimum physical and mental health.

Winner!! Thank you Lizzie!

When she was in high school, Lizzie Velasquez was dubbed "The World's Ugliest Woman" in an 8-second-long YouTube video. Born with a medical condition so rare that just two other people in the world are thought to have it, Velasquez has no adipose tissue and cannot create muscle, store energy, or gain weight. She has zero percent body fat and weighs just 60 pounds.

In the comments on YouTube, viewers called her "it" and "monster" and encouraged her to kill herself. Instead, Velasquez set four goals: To become a motivational speaker, to publish a book, to graduate college, and to build a family and a career for herself.

Now 23 years old, she's been a motivational speaker for seven years and has given more than 200 workshops on embracing uniqueness, dealing with bullies, and overcoming obstacles. She's a senior majoring in Communications at Texas State University in San Marcos, where she lives with her best friend. Her first book, "Lizzie Beautiful," came out in 2010 and her second, "Be Beautiful, Be You," was published earlier this month.

"I didn't sink down to their level," she said in a follow-up video on YouTube last year. "Instead, I got my revenge through my accomplishments and determination. In the battle between the 'World's Ugliest Woman' video vs. me, I think I won."

WOW! Another amazing story - GET in the Q!!

WE do not prescribe or make claims.  This is a story from one person.  Natural is a great way to live:

Q96 has been an amazing blessing in our lives A couple of

hours ago I spoke with a woman who had the most beautiful, heartwarming
testimonial of a 34 year old man that lives with her (and has for I believe
she said 11 years) who has Autism and ODD. In 3 weeks the transformation in
this man brought us all to tears and confirmed once again why I am
personally so passionate about QSciences and Q96. This young man was
explosive with rage issues. Very depressed, anxious..So much that he spent
the days pacing back and forth constantly, and hasn't been able to really do
much of anything. He has hit family members, swears constantly and is very
angry typically. He is now calm. He has not had a single instance of an
outburst at all! He is able to eat foods like chocolate cake and candy that
were a disaster before..I'm telling you the woman blew me away! I was in
tears driving on the freeway.. She has now started another woman 43 years
old whom also lives with her on Q96 as well. This woman has brain injuries
from a car accident, and has OCD, so we are praying for good news in another
week or so..This woman, Sharon, said "I will never be without this in my
life!"

Thanks for your interest in what our family calls our "miracle supplement"..
This is the most researched micro nutrient in the world! You can visit our
new website below and order from there as well. I am now sending over the
medical research data for you to have a look. It is very impressive..I am so
excited to be able to share this with everyone. It is my prayer to be able
to be a blessing to those who are suffering with any mood disorder and to
let others have HOPE again..Here's to your good health and mood:)

Blessings,

Awesone news ! - Are you in the Q?

Ken F., founder of SportsNuts.com and SolutionX.com and a 20-year industry veteran distributor and consultant, has chosen Q Sciences as his home for stepping back into the field as full-time distributor.

Ken is the author of MLM Online, a book on how to build, communicate and manage large organizations in the field. He has had over 30,000 people in his downline—twice—and has built, sold and taken two companies public with combined valuations of over $400 million. Ken and his companies have consulted clients doing over $17 billion a year in sales, including Avon, Amway, MonaVie, Visalus and hundreds more.

To have chosen Q Sciences from the many companies that were pursuing him should tell you something is special here at the Q!

If you ever wanted to be on a winning team from the beginning, this is it.

Not that it’s about the money. In fact, Ken will tell you that if it were not for the product Q96 and the management team headed up by Daren and Marc, he would not have chosen Q Sciences. But Ken says, “I also wouldn’t be here if I didn’t believe I will be making over $2 million a month within ten years.”

So here we go!

Only at the Q Can you find Dr. K - a real Doctor

Block stress, belly fat and heart disease with QVitalize!
Cortisol is called the "stress hormone" and it causes belly fat (which is really bad for the heart), not to mention anxiety, insomnia, and high blood pressure. It increases stress, which increases cortisol levels further, so it is a vicious cycle. Our hectic society, high expectations, poor diet, and lack of regular exercise add to the cortisol problem. It is truly a modern epidemic that is fueling spiraling problems with obesity, heart disease, depression, and other stress-related illnesses.
The herbs in QVitalize were chosen specifically to block the body's production of cortisol and to smooth out hormone levels for both men and women.
·       There are two cortisol spikes during the day - one in the morning and one in mid-afternoon. For this reason, QVitalize in the QSentials packs is taken at those times.
·       One of the causes of cortisol release is a lack of available energy. When we are not feeling 100% we worry that we can't do all the things we need to do during the day. This worry in turn creates more stress and more cortisol.
·       ALL of the herbs in both men's and women's formulas act to block cortisol production. Some of this is direct blockage by a biochemical action and some is indirect due to the calming effects, such as with ashwaganda (men's) and black cohosh (women's). Damiana (both) is renowned for its gentle calming action.
·       As all the herbs also have stimulating or energizing benefits, we can relax knowing that we will be able to respond to any situation with poise and alert mindfulness.
Cortisol modulation is one of the many reasons that QVitalize benefits build over time. Belly fat may take awhile to dissolve, but addressing the root cause with the right herbs at the right times will solve even that pesky problem! So when you take your QSentials packs, rest assured that you are doing your body and mind lasting good. You will feel better immediately and the longer you take it the better you will look!

Truth Hurts - Get in the Q and go Natural!

CHICAGO (AP) - Drug overdose deaths rose for the 11th straight year, federal data show, and most of them were accidents involving addictive painkillers despite growing attention to risks from these medicines.
"The big picture is that this is a big problem that has gotten much worse quickly," said Dr. Thomas Frieden, head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which gathered and analyzed the data.
In 2010, the CDC reported, there were 38,329 drug overdose deaths nationwide. Medicines, mostly prescription drugs, were involved in nearly 60 percent of overdose deaths that year, overshadowing deaths from illicit narcotics.
The report appears in Tuesday's Journal of the American Medical Association.
It details which drugs were at play in most of the fatalities. As in previous recent years, opioid drugs – which include OxyContin and Vicodin – were the biggest problem, contributing to 3 out of 4 medication overdose deaths.
Utahns weigh in on country's prescription drug problem
by Nkoyo Iyamba
HOLLADAY — Utah is no exception to the national rise in deaths caused by drug overdose.
In 2007, fatal overdoses peaked at 326 per year, but after an awareness campaign from 2007 to 2010, those numbers dropped. However, 2011 saw another jump in deaths related to opioids, like oxycodone, hydrocodone and methadone.
For many people, lack of awareness and education about their prescribed drugs leads to health problems, including overdose. Prescription drugs come with fine print and warnings that patients often neglect.
"Normally when I grab it, I'm not going to lie, I just throw the paper away and call it good," said Ismael Cruz, a customer at Meier Pharmacy in Holladay.
At the same time, doctors and pharmacists may not fully explain the dangers surrounding prescription medication.
"I think it's really easy to keep taking them," said Robyn Ensor, another pharmacy customer. "You just get in over your head. It just kind of snowballs."
In some cases, the prescription may be too much for the patient. That was the case with Diane Christopherson, who followed her prescribed pain medication regimen. She recently switched doctors. Her new doctor ran tests then reported high levels of prescription pain medications in her system.
"Well, I've been overdosing for three years now," she said. "I'm glad this doctor finally told me about it."
Many doctors and pharmacists in Utah said they are doing what they can to prevent overdoses, though it's challenging.
"Especially in the ER, as physicians, we're so busy that we may not take that time unless a patient just sits us down and says, 'Hey, what is this medication? What does it do? What do I have to watch out for?'" said Dr. Troy Madsen, a physician at the University of Utah Medical Center.
In pharmacies, technology allows customers with prescriptions for pain medications to be tracked to prevent them from taking advantage of the system.
"Every time we get a new patient who wants to fill a narcotic, we always check the prescription database to make sure," said Devin Meier from Meier Pharmacy. "I've sent a lot of people away."
Many pharmacies also have electronic databases to track patients' prescription medicines. The pharmacy can quickly check for potentially fatal interactions.
Frieden said many doctors and patients don't realize how addictive these drugs can be, and that they're too often prescribed for pain that can be managed with less risky drugs.
They're useful for cancer, "but if you've got terrible back pain or terrible migraines," using these addictive drugs can be dangerous, he said.
Medication-related deaths accounted for 22,134 of the drug overdose deaths in 2010.
Anti-anxiety drugs including Valium were among common causes of medication-related deaths, involved in almost 30 percent of them. Among the medication-related deaths, 17 percent were suicides.
The report's data came from death certificates, which aren't always clear on whether a death was a suicide or a tragic attempt at getting high. But it does seem like most serious painkiller overdoses were accidental, said Dr. Rich Zane, chair of emergency medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
The study's findings are no surprise, he added. "The results are consistent with what we experience" in ERs, he said, adding that the statistics no doubt have gotten worse since 2010.
Some experts believe these deaths will level off. "Right now, there's a general belief that because these are pharmaceutical drugs, they're safer than street drugs like heroin," said Don Des Jarlais, director of the chemical dependency institute at New York City's Beth Israel Medical Center.
"But at some point, people using these drugs are going to become more aware of the dangers," he said.
Frieden said the data show a need for more prescription drug monitoring programs at the state level, and more laws shutting down "pill mills" – doctor offices and pharmacies that over-prescribe addictive medicines.
Last month, a federal panel of drug safety specialists recommended that Vicodin and dozens of other medicines be subjected to the same restrictions as other narcotic drugs like oxycodone and morphine. Meanwhile, more and more hospitals have been establishing tougher restrictions on painkiller prescriptions and refills.
One example: The University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora is considering a rule that would ban emergency doctors from prescribing more medicine for patients who say they lost their pain meds, Zane said.

Courage to Move Forward - This will bring tears to your eyes!

I just cannot tell you how overwhelmed with joy and happiness and GRATITUDE
that I feel for you, for Jimmy, Marc, Bob, Tim, and all of the other
Corporate poeple...and certainly for the Doctors and of course Tony !  You
know Daren, Dale and I have been talking for about a year now that we need
to sell the Hardware Store and do something else with our lives.  Dale
turned 50  last June, and believe it or not, has worked in that Hardware
Store since 1978, and then he purchased it in 2000, so collectively he has
already worked in there for 32 years and he is only 50 years old!  So...he
feels he needs a change, but then what does he do?  Who wants to hire a 50
year old with no college degree?  I can always start my Reflexology business
again because I am very good at that, (my business name is Gifted Hands, and
everyone agress that  the name fits perfectly), and then sell herbal
products, because if I tell my clients they need a certain product, they
will buy it.  So, we start praying and asking God for direction.  I tell God
that if we are meant to stay in the Hardware Store business, to give us the
customers and make that apparent to us.  If we are meant to sell it and do
something else, then make that clear to us so we see that option as well.
And you know "The Rest of the Story."  In September Alyssa tells me she is
SO overwhelmed with anxiety that she says she can't go on like that
anymore....then the beginning of October my good friend Corey hung himself
in his laundry room and he PROMISED me he wouldn't...then two other
acquaintances committ suicide as well...and the common thread was they were
ALL on anti-depressants.  I receive a call around October 20th that I NEED
to be in Salt Lake City for a very important, Top Secret meeting.  I feel a
"nudge" from God to get my Reflexology degree and my Herbal knowledge
awakened again as I am going to need it for the "Special Plans" HE  has for
me as per Jeremiah 29:11.
I get a real sense of peace, and yet a sense of urgency,  from God about
needing to go to SLC.  Needless to say, I did not know it was going to be
the answer to my asking Him to show me a way to help people with their
anxiety and depression issues from a NATURAL standpoint versus the
allopathic one that seemed all that was available to help these people.
And...that brings me to where we are today....WELL on our way to be able to
having an income of not less than $10,000.00 per month by the end of
December, 2013, so we can sell the Hardware Store and  know what we will be
doing with our time once we don't have that to go to every day, 6.5 days per
week.....at least 70 hours per week!!  And what a JOY it will be for Dale
and I to do QSciences full time! Just think of all the people we can help!
And I mentioned having $10,000 per month, which is not even a drop in the
bucket of what we KNOW we will be making 5 years from now with the Q
business.  To us, it is NOT about the money.  It's about being Blessed so
that WE can Bless others!  I pray EVERY DAY  that God will Bless Us so that
WE can Bless others!  He certainly has blessed us with this wonderful
QSciences business, and I KNOW we will soon be in a position to be able to
help others as we have been blessed!
So, again I say...THANK YOU, Daren Hogge,  for playing such a HUGE role in
being a part of our "Blessing" that we are actively involved in now.  I am
usually not at a loss for words, I know I know, that comes as a huge shock
to you, but really I usually am not.....but when it comes to trying to find
the right words to say to you and the other Corporate guys how much you all
mean to me...and to Dale, well...for one of the first times in my life I can
hardly speak because I get so filled with emotion that words are hard to get
out.  I hope all of you realize how MUCH of a Blessing you are to Dale and
I.  I do pray that God will continue to bless all of you, and us and our
QSciences family as well!
Dale does have quite a story to tell and hopefully someday he can tell it.
In a nutshell, back in 1981 when he was 19 years old, he and 3 other friends
were out drinking and Dale was driving his vehicle back from a party they
had attended when he passed out, went off the road, rolled his vehicle and
his friend in the front seat flew out and hit his head on a rock and died of
massive head injuries.  Dale has NEVER been able to speak about
this....until after he started on the Q96...because it has always been too
traumatic for him to share this story with anyone.  To me this is really
great because obviously he NEEDS to get those ugly feelings out.  Yet
another wonderful result of the Q96 product!  :)

THANK YOU for offering to take Cindy and I around on the Sunday afternoon
after the meeting in SLC the 2nd, 3rd of March. I appreciate it SO SO MUCH!

TEAM GLORIA IS EXCITED!!  We are all rready to ROCK THIS BUSINESS!

In Gratitude,
Gloria   :)

Robin:

Okay...I just want to share with you all...I have been on Q 96 for about
12 days..just started the womans pack sat. I never sign on to new things.
(no matter how many tests or studies are done I do not trust research or
studies. )Why I agreed to this is I also hate being on anti depression
meds. I have let myself go from where I was. Worked in a health food store
for two years. Never felt better in my life.
Even under stress...I had joy. I was 18 then.. :) I am so glad I came on
Sat. Heard the testimonies. And the story. Pig farmer sold me... :) But
here is the BEST part. Why my son who is 23 has hearing impariment he is
socially very silent. A extreme introvert. stays in his room a LOT. he has
a couple friends ( which he has had since Jr High) but they communicate
online. I went in on sat after I got home and told him I got some new
vitamins- gave him two and he popped them in. NO QUESTIONS. I got him a
pill organizer and he said he would take them.
And he has. Today he has been out of his room smiling talking to us...and
fun in the conversation. I am in awe. I have a lot of words but feel
speachless. I have asked God to help my son. I feel a bright light of
hope. He is such a dear sweet boy. Who is kind and heart of Gold. The fear
he lives with daily hurts me as much as him. As a mom- I am grateful for
the huge progress in two days. I have asked my dr to advise me how to come
off my anti depression meds..I never wanted them. Thank you Lynn and Lisa

The woman that signed below is a Budget Analyst out of federal

Did you ever wonder how much it costs a drug company for the active ingredient in prescription medications? Some people think it must cost a lot, since many drugs sell for more than $2.00 per tablet. We did a search of
offshore chemical synthesizers that supply the active ingredients found in drugs approved by the FDA. As we have revealed in past issues of Life Extension, a significant percentage of drugs sold in the United States contain active ingredients made in other countries. In our independent investigation of how much profit drug companies really make, we obtained the actual price of active ingredients used in some of the most popular drugs sold in America

The data below speaks for itself.

Celebrex: 100 mg
Consumer price (100 tablets): $130.27
Cost of general active ingredients: $0.60

Exercise Facts

Early risers who exercise on an empty stomach before breakfast can burn up to 20 per cent more body fat, according to new research.
Researchers sought to find out whether the known benefits of exercising after an overnight fast were undermined by an increased appetite and eating more food later in the day.
A team from University of Northumbria asked twelve active men to perform a bout of treadmill exercise at 10am, either after they had eaten breakfast or in a fasted state having not eaten since the evening before.
Following the exercise all participants were given a chocolate milkshake recovery drink.
Later in the day, participants were provided with a pasta lunch which they were asked to eat until they felt 'comfortably full'.
Their lunchtime consumption of energy and fat was assessed and calculated, taking into account the amount of energy and fat burned during the morning period.
The researchers, led by Dr Emma Stevenson and PhD student Javier Gonzalez, discovered that those who had exercised in the morning did not consume additional calories or experience increased appetite during the day to compensate for their earlier activity.
They also found that those who had exercised in a fasted state burned almost 20 per cent more fat compared to those who had consumed breakfast before their workout.
This means that performing exercise on an empty stomach provides the most desirable outcome for fat loss.
Mr Gonzalez said: 'In order to lose body fat we need to use more fat than we consume.
'Exercise increases the total amount of energy we expend and a greater proportion of this energy comes from existing fat if the exercise is performed after an overnight fast.
'Our results show that exercise does not increase your appetite, hunger or food consumption later in the day and to get the most out of your session it may be optimal to perform this after an overnight fast.'
Dr Stevenson added: 'This research is very important in helping to provide practical guidelines relating to food intake to individuals who are exercising to maximise fat mass loss.
'It must be highlighted that this is a short-term study and we can only speculate on the longer term outcomes of such nutritional practices.'
The research, titled 'Breakfast and exercise contingently affect postprandial metabolism and energy balance in physically active males', was published online in the British Journal of Nutrition.

Sad but True

Sometimes the only "taste of success" some people enjoy is when they take a bite out of someone else's success.

These type of people try and run others down after they elect to leave. You know spread rumors because they cant accept the fact others can do it better.  I love it when my team does things better than myself.

However,  Wow!, the first statement sounds familiar to me about some people I know.   A good friend just left his company and instantly they try and tear him down for leaving. Everything at your company was put in place.  Just because your on the train doesn't mean you built or even started the engine.  Enjoy others success instead of trying to tear others down.

I have been blessed to build three successful companies. Them zero.  Still funny to me they now try and take the credit.  Be thankful to this person not jealous or mad that he has elected to move on.

The great thing about Truth and Time is eventually they meet.

I would like to share my story of how Q96 has helped me find myself again. After being a strong woman through having four children, owning our own business, and all of the regular challenges of life; a sequence of extremely stressful events caused my mental wellness to spiral downward into a state of deep depression and anxiety. I could not function or carryout everyday tasks such as caring for my family or myself, laundry, grocery shopping and everything else a mother and wife should do. There were a couple of times when I even thought the world would be a better place without me. I thought my family would be better off without me.
Desperation brought me to the doctor where I was formally diagnosed with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), a disorder which caused my extreme depression and anxiety. My doctor suggested I take Zoloft, an anti-depressant, to help me “level out” and then eventually wean off of the prescription. Although it did help me, I also lost all sense of feeling: laughing, crying, happy, sad, mad, etc. Regardless, it was good to be “feeling” a little better and I was looking forward to having my parents visit for a couple of weeks. Sadly, my parents were tragically killed in a car accident on their way to see me and my family. I feel it was a blessing that I was already on medication, the lack of emotion allowed me to hold it together through such a tragic time in my life. Unfortunately, I started to realize that I did not have the ability to mourn, as any human being should, over the loss of my loved ones.  The lack of emotion was starting to affect me and my husband as well.
Through a series of miraculous events, my husband was introduced to Q96 when our life seemed to be a big mess with no end in sight. The meds were not fixing my mental health; they were only putting a band-aid on something that needed surgery.
My husband brought Q96 to me and I started it ASAP! I wanted to get off Zoloft and be me again. After the first two weeks we were both feeling discouraged; Q96 did not seem to be working. In fact I seemed to be getting worse. Three weeks later, the fog finally lifted. I could feel happy and sad. I could see a light at the end of the tunnel. There was hope that I could actually become myself again. I was starting to be productive in my daily tasks. It was an extremely slow process, yet everyday seemed a little better.
One of our children has struggled with concentration for most of his life. Without having him formally assessed, we self-diagnosed him with ADD. We did not want to medicate him or change who he is. We asked him to take Q96 to help improve his focus. He agreed to do so and we have seen a big improvement with his focus. He can feel the difference too.
