I wanted to share this very thoughtful email I received from one of our Independent Business Owners and personally congratulate Monet, Derek, Kathryn, Austin and Ricki for their incredible efforts in all that they do. It is seriously amazing to work with a team that is so talented and dedicated on behalf of our IBO’s.

In addition, I would like to pat Maddy, our new receptionist, on the back. She has come in and made huge contributions to the company by going to Will Call with a smile and making sure our IBOs feel welcome in a place they love to spend time.

Just wanted to thank you so much for taking time out of your busy schedule to talk to Jill.  I can not tell you how much I appreciate you helping those of us that are building this business.  I have never been in a business where I have had direct support from a CEO so that in itself speaks volumes about the type of caring person you are.  Thank you, thank you!!!  :)

I would also like to give you feedback on Customer Support.  I have honestly never experienced such excellent support, it is second to none!!  All the staff is so kind, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to help.  When the new site went live & there were double, triple or delayed shipments they were very apologetic to both customers and IBO's and were quick to fix the issues.  So if you get a chance please pass on my praise to them and tell them how much we appreciate them!  :)

As far as MicroNutrient Support I have not personally spoke with them but the feedback I am getting from customers or IBO's is excellent.  People are very impressed saying the staff is so knowledgeable, helpful and they can tell that they really care about the well being of the people on the product.  So big thumbs up to them as well!!  :)

So once again thanks to you and the whole team as it is such a joy to work with such fantastic people!!
