Another Amazing Story of Help from the Q

Dear Q Sciences

My name is Denise A and Peggy M gave me your information.  I am happy & interested in sharing our success story if that is something that works for you. Peggy says you meet on wed evenings - Wed works well for me - although i am expecting my daughter to have her first baby any minute in which case thats where i will be. :)

I thought i could share a little of our story:

I have an amazing & wonderful son named William (Will) who had a football concussion 7 years ago where his frontal lobe was injured. He is now 23yrs old. He has always been an exceptional student & when he was injured he knew something was really wrong and it sent him over an emotional edge - they werent sure what to diagnose him with at first wondering if post traumatic stress syndrome or bipolar was right - in the long run he was diagnosed with bipolar for treatment.

He has lived 7 years having to give up everything he enjoys at one time or another ie: jobs, sports, education, regular mission for the lds church etc.  Will had the great opportunity to serve a special full time mission at the church & family history mission in salt lake where he was an amazing leader and great example and influence for the other missionaries there. He served a full 2 years and loved every minute.

When he came home he wanted to go into the psychiatric field so he could continue to help those who suffer like he had done so well on his mission. in his first semester he had his psychology professor show a video that had been banned from ever being shown because it was so graphic & violent. This of course upset him & sent him on a downhill spiral and by christmas 2013 he was not doing well.

through a series of blessings i was given the name of Autumn Stringhams book "A Promise of Hope" i read it, i went to the website truehope.com and read everything i could find about their discovery and the science of what they were saying...."that mental illness & anxieties can be helped with vitamins and minerals" and this engineer along with others had figured out how to help those who suffer so greatly with brain function.

We came to a point where we were either going to put Will in a hospital or i was going to call truehope and give it a try. I called them, i picked up the 100% salmon oil they told me to get at my nutrition store for mood swings and concentration and then picked up an order from truehope and started my son on the program of vitamins and supplements directed me by the helpline.

Will was only sleeping about 1-2 hours a night and just suffering so much with mania, OCD, ADHD it was extremely difficult time. We had increased his medications added more medications to help him sleep but nothing was working. On Jan 9th we began the program. After 2-3 days on empowerplus & other supplements he was starting to sleep 6hrs a night then 8-11 hours and he was calming down. After 2 weeks he came in to say goodnight to us and said..."you know..this is the first time in 7 years i have felt connected to my emotions"  Both my husband and me looked at him & asked him to try to explain what he just said. He said it was the best he's felt in 7 years and that he hadnt been connected to his emotions & now he was & did his best to describe the feeling.

Of course we were cautiously optimistic that this science really did work!! But as time went by and we continued to follow instructions for working with medications and he continued to feel better and better we gained more hope that he might really stay well. He started decreasing his medications as he continued to feel better and by Feb 19th was off all medications and maintaining the best mental health he had experienced in 7 years.

He went through each of the recovery stages (and is still going through them) but i had read about them and prepared him as he went through them as to what to expect. In Feb he had decided to change his major to math and apply for a scholarship. This he did all on his own. That may not sound like much but to think he was well enough to make decisions & do work to achieve success was a huge blessing to our family!!

He is relearning how to manage his feelings and is still healing but he has the right tools to work with and is able to have hope for his future.  We feel so excited and so blessed that we want to share with everyone we know who suffers just how we received help and have done so every chance we can.

i would be interested in learning more about how you work and offering what help i can in motivating and supporting product that works!!

thank you so much for your time
let me know if you want us to come share our story :)
