Stephen L Kimberley, M.D.
Dr Kimberley is a board certified specialist in
internal medicine with over 35 years of clinical experience. He also has
naturopathic training and an ND degree, with a lifelong passion for using
herbal and nutraceutical supplements to improve health and well-being.
Over the past 15 years he has served as Senior Editor at WebMD Health Services - he
has written the world's most widely used health risk assessment (Health
Quotient) as well as providing the framework and research for Symptom Checker,
which has information on the top 1,127 health conditions. His integrative
medicine content for WebMD includes herbs and nutraceuticals, and is used by
over 500 clients with 3 million employees.
He has conducted research for the NIH with the
Oregon Research Center for Advanced Sciences and served as medical director for
an international lung cancer support organization. He served on the Oregon
Governor's Drug and Supplement classification committee and the Governor’s Committee on Pain Management
He has consulted with several tea companies
over the years including Stash Tea, Tazo Tea, and Smith Teamakers.
He is one of the founding members of Qsciences
and serves as Chief Science Officer and formulator.
